Validity
The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, until the end of the respective calendar year.
Redemption
- The voucher can only be used for online purchases in our online shop. Redemption directly in-store is not possible. However, products or courses purchased online may be selected for Click & Collect and picked up on site.
- The voucher cannot be used to pay for shipping costs.
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.
Remaining Balance & Payment Methods
If the voucher value is not sufficient to cover the total purchase amount, the remaining balance can be paid using another available payment method. Any unused voucher balance will remain on the voucher.
Transferability
- The voucher is transferable but cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The voucher is sent to the purchaser in a separate email and may be forwarded to a third person.
Tax Notice
Multi-purpose voucher according to Section 3 (15) of the German VAT Act (UStG). VAT is only due upon redemption.
Payment Notice: When paying by credit card or PayPal, you will receive your voucher immediately by email. For direct bank transfers, the voucher will be sent after payment is received (usually 1-2 business days).
