The show roasting course provides a basic understanding of the roasting process, including the physical changes that take place and how to influence sensory aspects of the coffee through light or dark roasting.
Once a month we offer you the opportunity to accompany and participate in a coffee roasting. After a short introduction to the world of coffee, we will roast together and then learn about individual preparation options.

Cancellation and booking policy
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to a low number of participants (at least 7 days before the planned date) or for other important reasons beyond our control (e.g. unexpected illness of the trainer, force majeure). In the event of cancellation by us, the course fee will be refunded in full. Alternatively, we offer you the option of choosing another course date. Rebooking to another date is possible subject to a processing fee of €20. No refund is only possible if the participant cancels the course. However, the course reservation can be transferred to another person.
Payment terms
Full payment of the course fee before the start of the course entitles the participant to take part. The fee is charged per participant.
