Cancellation and Booking Policy
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to a low number of participants (at least 7 days before the planned date) or for other important reasons beyond our control (e.g. unexpected illness of the trainer, force majeure). In the event of cancellation by us, the course fee will be refunded in full. Alternatively, we offer you the option of choosing another course date. Rebooking to another date is possible subject to a processing fee of €20. No refund is only possible if the participant cancels the course. However, the course reservation can be transferred to another person.

Course Allocation
Course spots, especially for the course with your own portafilter machine (a maximum of 5 spots per course), are allocated in the order of booking. Select the appropriate option - with/without your own portafilter machine - during the booking process. If the quota for the "without own portafilter machine" option is no longer available, you can also select a spot "with your own portafilter machine", provided spots are still available. In this case, you will train on the coffee roastery's equipment.

Payment Terms
Full payment of the course fee before the course begins is required for participation. The fee is charged per participant.

Gift Card Purchase
The training is also available as an online voucher. The holder enjoys full flexibility: they can later choose their preferred date here in the online shop, add it to the cart, and complete the booking using the voucher code. The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, until the end of the respective calendar year.

Payment Notice: When paying by credit card or PayPal, you will receive your voucher immediately by email. For direct bank transfers, the voucher will be sent after payment is received (usually 1-2 business days).

Gift Card Redemption
- Online Gift Card: Simply enter your code directly in the "Coupon Code" field in the cart.
- Gift Card (purchased on-site): Check the box "I would like to redeem a gift card (purchased on-site)" and please bring the card with you on the course day.
